HEALers Circle Application

A HEALer’s Circle member is a provider working with Project HEAL to break down dysfunctional systems of care for those impacted by eating disorders. They are simultaneously interested in increasing access to holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care of those who historically have been unable to access it. To do so, they work with our team to build community with other values-aligned providers to work collectively towards health equity. 

Outpatient providers may join the HEALer’s Circle at varying levels, ranging from offering sliding scale (under $50) to pro bono placements. We ask that providers make a commitment to their donation of care for a full calendar year. After this year, our team will connect with your practice to determine whether you are able to continue to give for the upcoming year. 

Providers are welcome to offer more placements than the amounts listed in our membership brochure. With 750+ applications each year, Project HEAL is always thrilled to extend opportunities for care to more beneficiaries in our communities.
